Hi All....From reading all the other reviews on here and researching this notebook prior to purchasing it, my expectations were quite high. My son needed a new laptop to use in high school and paying for something like a Ms Surface, given the rough treatment it would get in school, was a ridiculous prospect. I crossed my fingers and ordered one of these. Now since I'm in Australia I did have to wait quite a while for delivery, but now after using it for a few weeks it was definitely worth the wait. Pros: The screen is excellent quality. The bezel is very small so there's a feeling of a much larger screen, even though it's only a 13 inch. It came with Windows 10 Pro and it activated online no problems. It also has a copy of MS Office pre-loaded but you will have to pay to activate it. The build quality is great for the price. The screen is quite firm to open and the hinge is stiff. Nice large keyboard, the track pad works very well and the touch screen is very responsive. The 2 x USB-C ports come in very handy as does the standard headphone jack. Cons: It can be a little slow, depending on what you're doing, but for my son's school work it will be more than enough. I was going to increase the 256GB SSD to at least 512GB if not 1TB but as I don't have a copy of Windows Pro, I opted to install a 512GB Micro SD instead. This will be his dumping ground for all his work. The keyboard is a slight problem to read but you do adapt. It can also be a little tricky to open as it's very thin and it sits flush around the edge of the keyboard/base. I won't bother going into any spec's etc. as many others on here have done so already. My expectation was quite high with this and it hasn't let me down. I am very pleased with the purchase...and so is my son [he has already put stickers on the cover...he didn't like the 'Decepticon' logo]. Thank you

OK...overall this is a good phone for the price but there are issues with the low spec's. The build quality is excellent and the exterior finish is excellent. I bought this phone for my work because of it's rugged build and waterproof capabilities. I can literally throw it my truck and not worry about damaging it. So obviously that's the main marketing behind this model, it's tough and versatile enough for rough use. Now for the down side...it's very, very slow. The processor and ram are very slow to get through even basic operations...like opening apps, changing screens, making calls etc. Basically all normal operations a phone is supposed to do it struggles. I need to use Google Maps on a daily basis and this phone struggles to update the satellite information. The maps kind of jump around and give misleading directions for a while, get back on track and then jump around again. I realize this is only a cheap 3G phone but it has serious issues. The phone has other underestimated issues too...like the camera sucks. Talking about megapixels is all well and good but when it doesn't want to focus what's the point. It continuously hunts for focus and sometimes it works. Don't bother with low light situations, it's crap. Speakers are average, hard to hear calls clearly on speaker so I've had to use Bluetooth headphones [when they connect properly] . I bought this back in Feb and I've grown accustomed to it's pitfalls, so seeing as I needed a cheap phone that was able to withstand some rough treatment and get me through the day it's doing it's job...I guess. Plenty of room for improvement in a really excellent body. Thanks
