As you can see from the pictures, at idle, output is 224V. No problem with that. I ran Metabo 1500W at low speeds since it was 9.30 PM and I live in an apartment building. Voltage dropped to 220V. No problem with that either. When I first started it it started at very low speed than jumped to normal. When I tried to increase the speed, it hesitated first then the speed jumped up. This made me suspicious
