Works as advertised. The ZB2L3 does seem to read the battery voltage about 2 or 3 tenths of a volt lower (0.2 to 0.3 volt) than the actual value but this does not seem to be a problem for the type of comparison testing I'm conducting. For a very cost effective battery capacity meter this one works quite nicely and yields a fairly good idea as to the health/capacity of a given battery. I would not recommend this tester be used to test 12 volt gel-cell, "deep-cycle" or automobile battery's. Much good information on the ZB2L3 can be found on youtube.
