I did not receive the EU adapter, even though I ordered it. Shipment took 10 days. The dishwasher itself: I love it, super clean. There is a minor scratch on the display, but its not disturbing. Multiple nozzles are included for water connection. Display and manual are Chinese ONLY. Use Google lens for translation (or similar app) Unfortunately the Mi Home app can't connect, not available in my region (The Netherlands) I switched to China mainland region, and it can connect with the app. But my Mi 10 goes into a reboot loop shortly after the switch. I had to hard reset my phone, tried again, same problem. Hard reset again, and kept my Mi Home app on my region. So don't change region, it will cause an error.

Excellent!. However, some minor issues, forks, knives, sticks, plastic tray were broken but easily fixed. Need an adaptor to work in Europe (no worries works from 187v to 242v ac 50Hz) To use it with the "Mi Home" app have to change the region to China Mainland. That's is somewhat annoying for me cause I have a robot vacuum that.. works only on the European server. You really need that app at least for first use due to the Chinese panel (assume you don't know mandarin) The dishwasher is excellent. And easily installed.

I'm in love with my new dishwasher :) As our kitchen is to small to keep it on the counter, we put it upon the washing machine, we needed a little assistance of a plumber, but it was solved soon. Despite it was written on the order site we did not get an adapter so we had to go shopping one after the product arrival, it was a little bit disappointing. It is advertised as a 4 set dishwasher, it doesn't work with europian style dishes, it is only 2 o max 3 sets and you cannot use the standard "cutlery drawer" because a normal plate does not fit that way. It can be used with the Xiaomi app but does not make much sense, you can easily learn to use the buttons on it (they are written in Chinese but after one use of google lens, no problem :) ) Otherwise I really like the product, it helps a lot to keep my kitchen in order during these home office time :)
