The metal sensor that lowers when you place a pan on the cooker is reasonably accurate. The app needs some getting used to but once you figure it out you can set your own program based on temperature up to 190 °C, haven't figured out if the other program based on knob turns can achieve higher temps. To me it seems that if you turn the knob the temperature doesn't change, update might fix it or I'm mistaken about it, but custom programs work as they should. I'm happy with my purchase and have ordered a second one already, hope they last. And they are smaller than what I could get locally and look better than on photos.
