Very small & well made. Testing by itself, it's tiny signal goes about 1 meter. I purchased this little guy to have a wireless guitar. It plugs into line out on a C Tech Pocket Rock-It S1, which plugs into the guitar. It has gain & distortion sliders. This combo works great! Still a clear signal to my stereo receiver at 10 or more meters. Seems the guitar strings are just the right length for an effective antenna. You could use a 3.6mm extension cable as antenna. Should be fine in a car on a clear frequency. Tested with a frequency counter, this one is 3.3 kHz high. Other units may be different. Most FM radios will automatically adjust, called AFC.
