This machine has multiple ways to workout your body. It’s very easy to use and has different levels of difficulty. You can easily workout multiple sets of your body as well. I love how it’s very sturdy to use and the cushions are soft on your body so you’re not hurting yourself while working out. It fits perfectly under the bed or easily in a closet when not in use. It also has a counter and timer on it which takes one double A battery which is not included. It’s very effective if you keep using it consistently. An amazing value for your money!

Item takes a bit of time to assemble but overall, once completed, it performs well. It is a great addition to my home gym and I feel that it really works and provides a nice work out. The machine is stable and I feel safe, I don't foresee it breaking down any time soon.
