Very good item. This kind of probe is more accurate than K type probe and have bigger range. After program PID to accept this probe the maximum temperature at PID can be set to 1700ºC (maximum of temperature S-type probe can read - at least from BRAND probes). I bought 2 of them and is a pitty when i bought the second BG grow price of item! Whit the increased price of shipping costs to 14 days option is better check first this probe at another sites. At the present, with the new more expensive price of item and the more expensive price of shipping is already not good to order from Banggood.

estianzietsman.ez Mythermocouple`s tip shattered that I bought here. I am not too sure if its the heat that it endured. But were you able to measure temperatures higher than 1300 ? and do you know where I can get this thermocouple cheaper ? Thanks
