Very comfortable and soft. Lumbar support can be adjusted to proper location on the back. Was not impressed with the packaging as it was just the pillow stuffed into a shopping bag. Could have easily been torn or ripped during transit. Luckily this didn't happen. Put it in a box and shipped off as a present. Sorry, no pictures.
