The package arrived 10 days later than expected. In the package really was what I ordered and it contains all the parts. I tried both batteries, both worked weakly. I hope this weakness is due to not being 100% charged. I can't check the operation of the machine yet, because now, in January, there is no branch to be cut in our garden. During the start of spring work in the garden (March-April), it will be revealed if I bought a good product and if it worth the price. I can't say good or bad about it yet, so I consider the product to be good.
