must have when working with a microscope. you can control direction of lighting than just having the scope lighting. second pic just scope third pic with light

Ordered for use as pictured, with the MI01 microscope & aluminum stand. I can envision many other applications for this lamp. I only wish it could operate off of the scope's internal battery which would make the entire package really portable & field ready. Hence the only caveat that I have is the necessary to "plug in" for power, no big problem. Got what was described & works accordingly. Richard

Good quality desklamp led. Keeps position good. Good light output. Has a frosted lense (= a bit more even light as otherwise). Light itself has a USB-plug. Seperate USB adapter is included (UK).
