I've tested this with a UV spectrometer. It has a strong emission at 254nm meaning it is genuinely a germicidal UVC lamp. (Some cheap LED UV lights advertised on the internet as UVC or germicidal are actually UVA and are not germicidal.) Expensive, but reasonably well built. I'm not sure I trust the instructions which say it will sterilize a surface in 10 seconds. Sterilisation time depends on the intensity of light on the surface you are exposing. That would depend on how far away you hold the lamp.
