Very satisfied with this product. Before that I ordered UT18D on Amazon and found out, that the product has a single phase detection issue (could be dangerous). I looked on youtube and it found out, that it was already known issue. Could not understand UNI-T that they did nothing about it. So big minus for UNI-T for UT18D. I sent it back and get refund. With this one (UT18C) there is no problem Everything is working like described. Good value for money spent. Also delivered in less than 14 days. So my advice would be, if you want good voltage tester, buy UT18C and also to avoid UT18D.
