Received in 3 days and set it up within 10minutes. (you shouldn't need to refer to customer support) Instructions guided me in the right direction but were slightly vague. So I referred to the web for a video example. Not the best quality but considering the price, very suitable for monitoring objects within a 5meter range. When you open the app, make sure to swipe the screen so you can pick up the device. note size in comparison to the A4 instructions sheet.
