With an appropriate cable soldered in place they allow you to use your PD/QC power supply as a generic power supply at the selected voltage (5, 9, 12, 15, or 20 VDC). NOTE: these are NOT voltage regulators. They are simply "decoys" to simulate a USB device requesting a specific voltage. The power supply must be capable of delivering the requested voltage.

Works as expected. Only con is that the dip switches are too small. You have to use a brooch to switch them.
