this is as described in the specification. the construction is good the material is not as thick as i was expecting but seems durable enough . it takes about 25% of the boot space. there are 3 compartments that are attached to the side wall but not the floor so small thing will wonder about in the bottom. it folds down well and the clips allow it to be used in 2 sizes. the carry handles allow it to be lifted out of the boot easily but are not to good for caring a long distance unless between 2 people.
