I mean, without filling in more oil. Have tested it 3 times pumping air out of a 2m long 15 cm radius cylinder. It worked until the manometer reached 7mbar... it just could not take more air out.

After I put vacuum pump oil to refill, it vaccum AC to -30mbar with no problem.
