I had trouble when setting up Android OS for the first time. It crashed half-way when copying backup data from the cloud. I then rebooted and skip the copying process. Later on, I updated the OS and can copy data from backup. This tablet is a bit sluggish when scrolling screen browsing web but doesn't impact its overall usage. Watching movies is fine. I like the fact that it doesn't have many apps pre-installed. It is a good buy for my son who only plays educational puzzle apps.
