I have them on long beam and they work great, so much visibility at night. I'm not using them on dipped beam as I don't believe they have a very good cooling, however if you are struggling to fit one with a fan this one its pretty similar to the dimensions of the H7 halogen bulb, so they are in my case the best fit and light for use on the long beam as its not used for a long period of time.
