Mine came with 220 volt transformer. The unit would not work out of the box. Plug was broken too. I replaced the transform and now it works but only to 300 mhz not the 2.7 ghz as advertised. Maybe I am missing something but I doubt it. As for acuracy It seems to read about 200 hz hi but I havent calibrated the master osc yet. Otherwise its a frequency counter with a couple of extra features. Probably a good price.
