Received the order in 15 days, nice. But i have a question, what is the little wheels which is set on the steel's cylinder ?

Donald That'syour tailwheel. If you have a wire along the rudder, or a noswheel, it could be made to turn with it. Or I guess you'll have to drill a hole into something solid at the rear and cement it into that if it won't be steered along with the rudder.
