I was bought a Sricam SP020 Camera, But Preset option doesn’t work in Sricam app. I have 2 pcs. SP005 Camera(using since 1 year) and Preset option working correctly in SriCam App. I tried Android and IOS phone But result is same. By the way I just updated Camera firmware but nothing change

karakashli I talked yesterday with SriCam customer service and she said about SP020 model " this camera (sp020) does not support preset function" and "we will make it more clear for this Camera model (SP020)Preset function does not support on our website" I will keep using this Camera without this feature(Preset Function)Preset Function Usage instruction below;http://www.sricam.com/article/id/050975c5a2a3474d8f3497c9de5b8ed8.htmlBest Regards..
