Bought it as backup for the one with zigbee2mqtt already installed in Home Assistant. Worked like charm just by changing the path in configuration, but some devices need to be paired again, not by deleting them but activating permit join and put them in pairing state.

ZigBee operates in the same band as 2,4GHz WIFI so to increase range I replaced the standard included (poor performance) antenna with a better old WiFi router antenna.

Good dongle. Has firmware with zigbee 3.0 installed. It's compatible with home hassistant with ZHA extension. Firmware is one year old, but you can uptate it following online guide. I flashed with latest firmware using my raspberry
