so this case is identical to the one that came with the camera exept it has a large hole in the side and weights a little more. there are two backs. one a water proof back and the other with slots in the sides to let air and sound in. the main advantage for me is you don't have to take it out of the case to charge the battery. I would not like to trust the seal under water. the rubber does not seem to grip with sufficient force to make a good seal. the overall build quality seems really good. even though there are no instructions it is easy to figure out.
