A bit disappointing to find that the actual useable space is in fact 350mm x 350mm not the advertised 400mm x 400mm. I needed it for 400mm engraving so is no use to me. Fortunately a friend could use it so its now gone! Advertising for the item is not very clear as usual.

BG191117381 Accordingto the listing the "Working Area" is 400 x 400mm so once again they lie. Are your engravings really wall to wall 400x400?

Antshiel Yes it seems that many are confused by the actual useable work are which is in face only 350mm x 350mm not the advertised 400mm. The whole thing including the 25mm perimeter is 400mm not the useable space!

Antshiel …and yes my engraving was actually supposed to be 400 x 395mm workshop sign. I ended up using an oven shelf.
