The motors, for the price have little to no competition: but. You can recognize the lower power output when compared to various other 2300kv motors which are similar sized. They run smooth, but I doubt that the statement that they use "original quality Japanese bearings" holds truth - two of the motors already start to sounds worn out - not yet noticing any vibrations, but it's definitely noticeable. Due to the design of the bell and bottom, these motors tempt to get HOT quickly, when pushing them to the max for a longer time (4s) the temp rises quickly if the D gain isn't setup correctly! This can cause the mag/demag cycle to be influenced and the motor can become desynced/unstable - result... your precious quad drops out of the sky like a brick! Be warned and careful when using these motors, check their temperature after each and every flight until you got your tune setup nice and fit. And repeat to do so with each new set of props you are trying. For the money they are an absolute steal, and I was even tempted to buy their bigger 23** series motors on 2400kv. Looking forward to those. One last thing, should you opt to use these puppies for freestyle flying, and prefer a bullnose prop - use a 30A ESC setup, these motors are hungry.
