Was shipped well protected in a little tin. UI is mostly intuitive, though sometimes a little clunky, but easy enough to figure out without the manual, if you spend a few minutes. I got it to test a USB solar panel (1558414), and it has been great for that, but in doing so it also identified several bad cables that I have! Very useful tool. My only real complaint is that the screws were put protective film, so you have to remove the screws to clean things up, if the tiny scraps of plastic bother you.
