Very good thing. The input voltage should be higher than 9.6 volts for this thing to work. I checked it with various 18W consumers: power bank and soldering iron. Made measurements: this charger really output about 9 volts and 2 ampers to them. The charger does not heat too much; the maximal temperature I observed was about 50 degrees Celsius. The only problem that PCB has no holes to fix it in place with screws. I need to carefully find save places to drill holes.
