Everything was nice from ordering to it coming to my location, it said when it would come and arrived a little bit early even though it shipping outside my country. The product itself was built very nicely and is very easy to use with easy instruction and sometimes instructions not needed. The input delay(the lag between when you press a button and when will it happen in game)Is fantastic with no lag. It also has a software when you go to the official website so that you can rebind the ones that came with the adapter(note in the manual it will tell what does what like A is space bar until you change it on the website) to your own customization and feel and can be mapped to mostly everything on a gaming or normal keyboard. It is nice size so its not easy to lose and not hard to keep away in a small space, just perfect. The LED on the adapter is very nice and depends on what console you connect to personnaly I have a Nintendo switch so it is red .Lastly, the price is amazing to any other retailer and the price tag for other retailers are like 25 and even 30 pounds so this is the best deal out there for such a good price. I recommend this to all people who need to connect a keyboard and mouse to there respective console.

The product came from a US warehouse. When I unpacked the adapter box was suspiciously worn. But I thought it might have been in the warehouse for a long time. When I unpacked the box I saw the adapter, which was also suspiciously used. The bottom of the adapter was very dusty and there were scratches on the plastic exterior as well. I think someone may have used this before, which makes me pretty frustrated. The packaging was plucked, but it could have been put on afterwards. I connected it to a PS4 which was pretty simple. Unfortunately, the app is not properly translated, it contains a lot of Chinese text. Other than that, it worked well during my short test and I got it at a good price. It was a surprise that a mouse was added, which is a lower category, but I didn't expect it.
