after a long time of waiting i finally got my cooler. out of the box the right under magnetic lock for the battery pack had come shipped dented inward which blocked the battery pack from connecting. I fixed this by straightening it out with my keys but it's a bit of an oversight out of the factory. for the rest it works great and keeps my phone (armour 24) (which has a tendency to get very hot when charging) cool. the automatic mode which keeps the temperature from going condensing also works great as expected.
