Overall I am very satisfied. Packing: Product is in a box, which is strong enough, but there was just a plastic bag around it. Anyway, the product survived. In this case the product is pretty sturdy, so it feels like it can handle some abuse. Shipping: Ordered on July 3 as out-of-stock item taking a week to ship. That schedule was met and product was shipped on July 10 from China. I received the item in Japan on July 21, which is a couple of weeks faster than I was first told by Banggood. Conclusion: I am a first-time customer of Banggood. I will use this shop again.

The product is excellent for what I used: car, wall holes, industrial equipment inspection, etc. Surprinsingly that once you have it, you find more instances when you need it. Buy it with the 5.5 mm lens, as you never know in what areas you might need it! The 5.5 mm lens enters everywhere 8 mm enters, but not vice versa!
