Fastest CPU, Software has nowhere near even caught up to this FC yet. Currently the 32kHz Gyro is useless. You have to use a CLI command to even enable it and when you do if you use anything over 32kHz/8kHz the CPU is loaded to 100%. This is problem..... this CPU can easily do 32kHz/32kHz however the software just is not there yet in terms of coding. This time next year and F7 will be all the rage for real. Right now the only way to run faster than 8kHz/8kHz is with an F4. If my memory serves me correctly all F4's can do 16kHz/16kHz. Either way.... great FC and it also has a barometer which I think EVERY FC should have. Why would you ever want to fly without knowing your height?

This board is working well in my 130 jalapura frame build. The quality seems good. I have updated it to Betaflight 3.2.0 RC3 and working fine. I have a spektrum serial telemetry receiver and it works on the various UART RX pads in spektrum 2048 mode. But I have not been able to get it to work in bidirectional serial mode with telemetry on any of the uart Tx pads. Is this is a betaflight firmware issue for the new F7 chips or if it is the board.? This F7 board only has 3 UARTS labeled (1, 3, and 6), but Betaflight 3.2 RC3 shows UART 2 as an option, so that may be labeled as something different. Current Betaflight software does not support the 32khz gyro, but with some time to catch up I'm sure it eventually will. Right now the only supported version of Betaflight is the 3.2 Release Candidate, so there's no option for a tested and stable software version. Overall it's a good board, the current sensing and OSD work perfectly. The plug to connect to a 4-in-1 ESC allows for exceptionally compact and clean builds, and the SD card holder makes BlackBox recording easy up to 8khz (the current PID limit with the slower gyro). The only other issue I've seen is that the processor gets quite warm on the bench, but that shouldn't be an issue once it gets some airflow across it. It doesn't get hot to the touch, just a bit warm. Overall it's a great board, but being on the bleeding edge comes with its issues.

I was expecting this to have the same pins as an F4 for some reason but they are differnt. Not sure what that means in terms of figuring out the wiring as there is minimal documentation at this stage. Plugged in flashed with iNav for an Omnibus F7 as at the time of writing there is not an F7 Pro target. Seems to work as expected in the iNav gui.
