Below about 25-30 Volts the display becomes quite dim and the display indicates random numbers but not accurate values. But: You get a sophisticated power-on indication at a bargain price that is far below the cost of a standard pilot lamp purchased in my country. BTW did you know there is an auto-adhesive, transparent, protective sticker on the LED display that can be removed?
