at first I was really worried because even though she arrived without tangles, look how much hair came out after the first brushing! but since they warned that this is normal, I'll try not to be concerned. she really is glorious. the colour is so pretty. i thought that the hair amount is pretty thin, but maybe it's actually not! i just got this for my 6 yr old to practice braiding and updos. i think it will be perfect for this. i don't think I'll wash it, and i dare not go near it with a curling iron -even on low heat. points off because the clamp came without directions, and it's actually a bit tricky to assemble.
