This one is more expensive than other advertised that does the same. I ordered both, they both work, what I can say of difference is that this one is of better quality. For it's quality, the price is a bargain. So, it depends on your project and budget. For those starting in electronics, the emitter does not emit on 38kHz automatically (but the receiver does detect 38kHz automatically), you need set the Arduino to send the signal in the right pin (number 3 for UNO and Nano and number 9 for Mega).

Respecto del tiempo de entrega, esta vez el producto llegó en forma temprana. Solo utilicé el módulo receptor, con ARDUINO NANO. Decodifiqué los valores HEXADECIMALES de los botones del Control Remoto de mi TV BGH L445, y los conecté. Las fotos adjuntas tienen ARDUINO NANO, un reloj RTC 3231, y un sensor de rayas infrarojos, con el Control Remoto de mi televisor

Quality is good for the price. Items haven't yet been tested for functionality but not expecting any problems due to the simplicity of the design.
