I ordered it as part of the Snap-up promotion. From the Czech warehouse, where it was only available with an EU plug. Nevertheless, I somehow managed to order with a UK plug. (I still don't understand that.) When I noticed what had happened, I contacted Banggood customer service to see if they were willing to change the order to an EU plug. They were very helpful and did it. Thank you for that.

this works great so far. I really like the automatic sleep function so I don't have to turn it off or unplug it. it feels about as comfortable in my hand as my Weller. quality seems very good.....time will tell.
