Excellent tester! Very sensitive and I would like to make a few things clear: 1) It does detect magnets and magnetic fields. Induction coils obviously too. I checked. 2) It can be use as a voltage detector too - to trace 230V AC. That I also checked. 3) You can switch the audible alarm on or off by holding in the AVG/VPP button - see the speaker symbol coming on or off on the LCD display. 4) The three leds at the bottom - green, yellow and red only works with magnetic field radiation.
