The product looks excellent. The reason of the 4 stars is not because I would be disappointed, but rather the thickness of the pad. You get what you paid for. It is a little too thin. There can be little humps here and there if some dirt get below the pad. Also, I got mind with two small press in points from below which caused small humps. I hope they will disappear in time. I have a smaller but thicker pad which is not that sensitive to physical effects, or dirt underneath - but this thin one is better when something is placed only partially on the pad (over the edge). The humps do not disturb the mouse control, but I can feel them by touching. When I opened the package the pad had a very strong and unpleasant stinky rubber odor, but after a few hours of keeping it hung outside it started to fade away. After two days of using it can be hardly sensed. All in all I like the map and would buy it again at this price level.
