It could have been great... The LED and the TIR-optics are great, the flashlight takes lithium and normal batteries. BUT! and that is a big BUT: it is no EDC light for me. The reason is mainly the clicky. it is too sensitive. I just have to give it a very slight push and it activates momentary. That way, I cannot put it in my pockets without being sure that it is going to be a disco light. Furthermore: why does the lowest mode with a lithium battery go up to 8 lumen and does not stay on 2 lumen, which is just right for me in the lowest mode. The tail is not that easy to screw down, when I put a battery in it. The spring is quite strong and I have to screw it counter clockwise to find the beginning under the pressure. It takes a little practice. Otherwise, the body is slim, has a good grip and the clip would work both ways, if I would put in my pocket. This way, it is just going to land on my shelf as a backup light.
