these are actually really good. Solid clamping. These are designed to a maximum wire gauge to only allow 13amp flow... max. so good for products that are capable to run ac at 250v. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CIRCUIT BREAKER (fuse) IN LINE FOR EACH APPLIANCE ON THE OUTPUT . The input side, "should" be protected by the domestic supply gfid (fuse box) anyway. but check. I only use mine for splitting 12v dc, but heck these a really good well made little devices. so handy and so well made. a genuine big thumbs up. one tip, dont be afraid to lift the levers a bit against the resistance. the levers should be about 80 to 90 degrees when fully open. else you'll have loose wires free to connect to other wires. thats bad thing if it happens.
