The faucet head is very stiff and hard to adjust. I use it to direct the kitchen faucet stream, as it's very near the counter edge, for that purpose this works OK. But for an instant ajustment I have to use both hands, for it's very stiff, not very practical. Also it doens't have two stream modes, only foam mode. If you twist the head, like the pictures, you'll just unscrew it... The material itself seems durable, time will tell. All metal, no cheap plastics
