Seems a good remote tester, able to display the operating frequency. I have tested Ok my car key and the garage doors remote, both operating at 433 and 434 MHz. It says in its case that it works from 100-1000 Mhz, but I have not tested it at higher frequencies yet. Also I have not tested its IR capabilities yet but seems limited to IR detection, yes-no; no further info. It came with 9V battery included

I removed one star because it keeps the last indication. If you press a button that works and then press a button that do not work you cannot found out. Anyway pretty good.
