The charger arrived on time as promised. I already tested it: under direct sunlight it provides quick charge, while in cloudy weather the chargeing is slow, as expected. The design and the quality of the material is excellent. The only disadvantage of the device is the opposite direction of opening of the pocket. Namely, the Velcro is strong enough to keep the mobile even in this upside-down mode, but the pocket is too small to fit in a tablet. If the opening would be in the opposite direction, it would perfectly hold the tablet, too. So, I had to modify it with an additional Velcro to fix the tablet when charging.
