If I could change one thing about the massager it would be to have the massaging balls closer together; if you have a thin neck the massage is not as deep so you need to move around and do one side of the neck at a time.

It's so powerful I need a blanket between the massager and my back. Otherwise it bruises. But my brother who is a big fella thinks it's just right. All in al very good. I will buy one for him too.
