Delivery to France as expected. Well packed. As described. I have tested with a Qualcomm 3.0 compatible charger and a QC 2.0 smartphone. The device is also compatible, as stated. The smartphone reports "Turbo Charge" and the panel of the tester indicates 9.05V and 0.82A (with a standard smartphone it indicates 5V). See the attached photos. The tester keeps the last measures (even if unplugged) until a long press on the side button to reset. By pressing shortly on the side button, one can alternate 3 differents display panel (see the photos). I am very satisfied by this product and also by the quality of the accessories (USB cables with aligator clips).
