It works fine. Getting your coffee tasting the way you want it, takes a few tries of choosing quantity and pressing of coffee, but you expect that. Big negative is the coffee sticking to the inside of the cup, which makes cleaning a bit more difficult. I don't expect the plastic to last long, so I would use this for a secondary/backup pod.
