This is an excellent sandal in almost every respect... lightweight, excellent tread, quick break-in, elegant simplicity of design. However, if you have a slender upper foot, that is, around the Achilles tendon and ankles, the one design flaw if very limited play in the heel strap should concern you, and you are warned that you might do better to consider another model.
