    Five stars for both the product and the customer service! ​The charger is excellent and works perfectly. Even though the original unit had an issue, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the resolution process. They stayed in touch, listened to my needs regarding the plug version, and arranged a replacement for me. I am very satisfied with how they handled the situation. Great communication and a reliable product. Highly recommended!
