Very confortable desk chair, looks exactly like the pictures, the fabric is soft. We can indeed sit cross-legged and adjust the armrest and extend or put under the chair the legrest. The wheels roll well and smootlhy, and we can adjust properly the angle of the backrest and the height of the chair. I recommend, perfect

I have died and gone to heaven! I have huge problems with my hips and always prefer to sit in a lotus position to keep them level. This chair let me do it! The footrest actually works great, too! Although it looks like a huge monster, it fits fine under my office desk. The back support is perfect for my body. It was easy to assemble and customer service was perfect. One remark, though: I ordered a grey one, but received a black one. It is not a problem, as I actually prefer (black was not an option upon ordering), but thought you should know.
