The truss rod is meant to keep the guitar neck straight against the tension of steel strings. Given it's length of 420 mm it is rather meant for 6-string acoustic guitars (aka Western guitar) or electric-guitars with a single cut (Les Paul) design. For Stratocaster or double cut styled guitars I would prefer a somewhat longer truss rod that has approx. the same length as the fretboard - though it could work 3/4or 2/4 sized guitars of this type, where the neck is shorter anyway.

Don't know how to rate this yet . . . I still have to restore my guitar and put the rod in. It looks promising though, certainly for this price. It pierced the package and fell out during shipping, so it didn't arrive the first time. The people of Banggood sent me another one, and packed it more thorough. This time it was delivered well. Great service!

It finally arrived! 30 days after I ordered, not as fast as Banggod's usual service. More noticeable because the guitar I'm rebuilding couldn't move forward until the neck rod got here. It's exactly the right size for my needs, and already taped to prevent stray vibration.

It sure worth the money but i wasn't too careful it's a hair shorter than i needed it to be.

Very god quality, works in both directions, very smooth movig, still looks to be strong! VEry flexible, and light. Cool stuff! ;)

arrivato anche abbastanza in anticipo, unica pecca la lunghezza è di 390 mm non di 420 come pubblicizzato, peccato.....

I was a bit wary of the quality but was pleasantly surprised as they are excellent quality. I will be buying more of these.
